Scheduling a meeting or appointment with a potential client – and trying to figure out a common free time together – is not exactly a walk in the park.
Especially for busy entrepreneurs and business owners with jam-packed calendars like you and me. In this Calendly tutorial, I’ll show you how I use this tool to make appointments the easy way!
Calendly is a powerful, appointment booking app that will finally put a stop to all those time-consuming, back-and-forth emails trying to find the right date and time for your meetings.
There are other calendar apps out there, but Calendly has been my appointment booking system of choice for years now. I use it together with Zoom to book high-end sales calls with clients.
Here’s a quick Calendly tutorial for you:
My system works perfectly for me and I’d love for you to have the same experience. So, check out my process on how I use this awesome tool to make my appointments:

As you’ve seen in the Calendly tutorial video, it works pretty much like an online reservation system. People can book, reschedule or cancel their appointments. You won’t have any issues with double-booking or overbooking – the app eliminates these problems.
You have full control over your calendar. You can define your availability and control the number of appointments you can have in one day. You can check your appointments on ANY device (the mobile app is pretty handy)!
The website embed feature is also great because you can add Calendly to your website or landing page. You just need to copy the embed code, and then paste it to your site. You can even send direct links to your events via email, text, etc. so people can quickly check your availability.
Setting appointments manually is a headache. But with Calendly, you can simplify and streamline your personal and business schedules easily.
