My Elementor Review and Demo: Make Your Website Design Stand Out

Over the past 12 years, I’ve worked with a lot of non-tech savvy people who find web design to be daunting and intimidating.

I’ve made it my goal to help people build and launch their own websites, so they too can achieve their business – and life – goals.

This is where Elementor comes in. It’s a powerful, drag-and-drop WordPress plugin which allows you to design your web pages exactly like you want it to be.

In other words, it’s a WYSIWYG or what-you-see-is-what-you-get visual editor.

It may sound complicated, but I assure you, it’s not. Check out my Elementor review and demo in the video below:

5 Reasons Why I Love Elementor:

1. Templates are a huge time-saver. Instead of manually designing every single element on your web page, you can just download a template. The good news is there are hundreds of landing page templates to choose from!

Just select the template you like, then edit the content to make it your own. Once you’re done, hit the Publish button in your WordPress dashboard!

2. There are plenty of widgets to choose from. The basic (free) elements are more than enough for most websites. But if you want to unlock even more useful pro widgets, consider getting a subscription.

3. Elementor is a lightweight plugin, so it’s not going to slow down your website. Adding widgets and editing content is also a breeze!

4. Elementor is mobile responsive. Your site will look great on any device – desktop computers, tablets, and smartphones.

5. Elementor will help you design awesome-looking web pages in no time at all! You can check out my homepage as an example: https://rogier.live. It’s built with Elementor.

The Downsides of Using Elementor

Elementor is powerful, yes, but it does have a few cons:

1. There is a learning curve involved when using the plugin. You’d need to know your way around WordPress, too. Fortunately, you’ll find plenty of tutorials on how to use WordPress and Elementor.

2. Pages built in Elementor are responsive, yes, BUT optimizing your site for mobile may take some time depending on how tech savvy you are.

3. This isn’t Elementor’s fault per se. But the multitude of design options available for Elementor (and WordPress itself) can distract you from what really matters – launching your website.
