Step 1: Start by writing down your business goals

This is the most important part of the whole website launch process. Without a solid and realistic goal, you really can’t expect much success.

You can have more than one business goal, of course, but to keep things simple, I’ll just pick one.

So, let’s say, your most important business goal is to sell your high-end coaching program 90 times next year.

Step 2: Identify your marketing goals

In the next column, write down the marketing goals that will help you achieve your business goal of getting 90 high-end coaching students next year.

Let’s say, your marketing goal is to have at least 180 strategy sessions with potential clients. These sessions can include the following:

  • coffee meetups
  • masterclasses
  • workshops
  • doing calls
  • hosting events
  • webinars
  • one-on-one coaching
  • etc.

In these sessions, this is where you sell your high-end coaching program.

Step 3: Promote the marketing goals, a.k.a. the sessions

The point is that you don’t sell your high-end coaching program directly right away. You need to get your audience’s trust first.

Hook them in by providing them with something of value during those meeting sessions. Once you gain their trust, it will be easier to get them to sign up for your high-end coaching program.
